No Refund Policy

Why we have one
In the ever changing world of commerce, digitally delivered items are the most reliable and efficient. Due to the nature of these items, we are unable to issue refunds for ticket purchases. This is the same as ticketmaster, airlines, and other similar policies.

The Policy
While we do not offer refunds on tickets, we do try to make every effort to make sure you have a pleasant experience. The ONLY time refunds will be issued is if the event is cancelled indefinitely. Most times we will try to postpone the event rather than cancel. In this case we will honor your ticket on the new date. If for any reason you cannot attend the new date, we will credit you towards a future event. Please make sure you understand this completely before purchasing a ticket as this is a strict policy.
